The Area Housing Authority of the County of Ventura (AHA) will be accepting applications beginning Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at 8:00 am for:
Initial occupancy and waiting list for future vacancies at Vista Campanario Apartments (studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom rental units) – family complex currently under construction in Camarillo, CA
Waiting list for future vacancies (1- and 2-bedroom rental units) at Oak Creek Senior Villas (62+ years of age) in Thousand Oaks, CA
This site provides access to our Applicant Portal for our housing programs and managed properties.
Out of concern for you and our community, we are providing this on-line portal. Through the portal, you will be able to apply for a housing program or property waiting list.

The Area Housing Authority of the County of Ventura (AHA) will be accepting applications from Tuesday, January 30, 2024 through Tuesday, February 13, 2024 for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program from very low income households.
